*This chandelier has been hung, there is no damage to the product however removing and replacing the crystals may damage the split pins (cotter pins). We would reccommend that this item is collected from our showroom fully assembled if possible or spare split pins purchased in advance to new installation if item has to be dismantled. If shippied it will be sent in its original protective box and moulding but glass rods will be wrapped in tissue rather than the original sellophane
