Efficient Service.

This arrived very quickly. I bought it for a present (birthday mid-March) so it hasn't been tested yet, but it looks good, although I was not impressed at all by its dowdy faded box, not the packaging used for posting purposes, but the actual box the item was in. If I saw it on a shelf in a shop, it would not have attracted my attention at all.

Thank you for the review of the product. We are unfortunately at the mercy of the manufacturer when it comes to the packaging of the items. They are continually striving to use more eco friendly and efficient packaging and i believe they are transferring to plain brown boxes shortly rather than the printed versions.
We display all our neons in the showroom illuminated and working so thankfully this version of the packaging has not affected the look of the product on display.
